Software Architect

Job description

As Software Architect you will design and develop high-quality software solutions. You must have a strong ability to solve problems and have experience in software architecture.


Job requirements

  • Work with team (about 20 colleagues from Slovakia) to define the architecture of a software product
  • High level definition of tasks where architecture is needed
  • Responsibility for the solution concepts and coordinate them with the internal team
  • Development of an architecture roadmap and the management of technical debt
  • Finding solutions that fits business environment in close contact with our Development manager
  • Presenting architectural solutions to management and relevant stakeholders
  • Integrating trends in application architecture in application development projects
  • Performing application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration
  • Leading the application development and supervising the design, testing, and modification stages
  • Leading and defining DevOps processes

Salary range

  • 4 200 - 4 700 EUR gross/month

Language skills 

  • English – Upper intermediate (B2)
  • Slovak – Upper intermediate (B2)

Experience and Knowledge

  • At least 2 years experience as a software architect in an agile environment
  • Knowledge of principles of AWS and AWS DevOps is an advantage
  • Highly proficient in Java
  • Extensive experience in aligning application development with business needs
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great collaboration and communication skills
