• QA automation work

As a Senior QA Engineer I’m responsible for automated test development using Playwright and test execution on several web platforms serving our customers.

I am part of our Agile development team and I spend my days creating detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases, by designing, developing, and executing automated scripts and performing manual tests.

Part of my responsibility is of course identifying, documenting, and tracking software bugs. I perform regression testing on weekly bases and cooperate with our development team to plan and coordinate the testing activities.

As a senior QA engineer, I'm leading by example and mentoring my junior colleagues in field of QA.

I’m able to work individually as well as be valuable part of our dynamic team. We’re at ABB a great team of engineers delivering innovative and effective solutions. Our unique product helps opticians to manage patients and their insurance eligibility details.

• Tech stack requirements

To excel in my role, I need solid experience in automated testing, scripting in Selenium or Playwright, proficiency in GitLab and AWS. I’m experienced in writing comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts. For my role the knowledge and experience with web technology concept is a must.

Salary range

From 2 500 gross/month. Final salary agreement depends on candidate's skill-set and experience.

Language skills

English – Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak – Upper intermediate (B2)

We don’t really care about the educational degree and academic background. What matters most is your passion for automated testing and QA, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.
