Scrum Master and Project Lead Work 

As a Scrum Master in our organization, I play a crucial role in facilitating the Agile development process for our projects. My days are filled with collaboration, coaching, and removing obstacles to help the team achieve their goals.

I work closely with our development team, helping them understand and implement Agile principles effectively. From sprint planning to retrospectives, I ensure that our team stays on track and focused on delivering value to our stakeholders.

One of the key aspects of my role is to foster an environment of continuous improvement. I encourage the team to reflect on their processes, identify areas for enhancement, and experiment with new ideas to optimize our workflow.

As a project leader on larger initiatives, I establish the project scope, goals, and objectives. I guide the team, drive progress, and report on key performance metrics.

Communication is at the heart of what I do. I facilitate open and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed about the project's progress and priorities.

In addition to facilitating Agile ceremonies, project management and process improvement, I also take on people leadership duties. I serve as a mentor and coach to team members, helping them develop their skills and grow in their roles. I foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work.

Tech Stack Requirements

While I may not be a technical expert, I have a basic understanding of IT as such and SW development cycle encompassing requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. This knowledge allows me to effectively collaborate with the development team and understand the challenges they face.

I am proficient in Agile tools such as Jira and have experience with collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams. I understand the importance of effective communication and use these tools to keep the team connected and informed.

Additionally, I am familiar with Agile methodologies and principles, and I am committed to staying updated on industry best practices. While certifications are not mandatory, I am open to pursuing relevant certifications to further enhance my skills and knowledge.

Salary range
From 2 200 gross/month. Final salary agreement depends on candidate's skill-set and experience.

Language skills
English – Upper intermediate (B2) and  Slovak – Proficiency (C2)

We don’t really care about the educational degree and academic background. What matters most is your passion for agile and jira, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.

My colleagues can usually reach me within our regular core hours - between 9 AM and 3 PM. We are working in a flexible working time mode, and I’m able to manage my working time. And most importantly!
