Integration Work

As an Integration Lead in our company, I spend my days designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade integration solutions across APIs, data transformation layers, and cloud platforms. I work with REST and SOAP APIs, build data transformations using XSLT, XML, and JSON, and develop serverless and event-driven architectures, including Azure Function Apps.

I lead architecture initiatives, drive best practices, and mentor junior developers to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure integrations. I collaborate closely with business, infrastructure, security, and partner teams. I also enable integrations via EDI, APIs, and webhooks, and conduct partner technical meetings when needed.

When production issues arise, I own the incident resolution process, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and track resolution progress while providing status updates to stakeholders. I monitor and triage mailbox tickets, manage changes in existing integrations, and oversee new partner onboarding processes.

Tech Stack Requirements

To excel in this role, you should bring a strong understanding of integration architecture and patterns, including experience designing and implementing scalable, cloud-based integration solutions. Proven expertise with REST and SOAP APIs, along with a solid grasp of event-driven and serverless architectures (e.g., Azure Functions or similar platforms), is essential. While hands-on experience with data transformation technologies such as XSLT, XML, and JSON remains important, it should complement your ability to design robust end-to-end integration flows. Strong SQL and data processing skills will further support effective integration design and implementation.

In addition, experience with the following technologies is a plus:

• SQL Server / T-SQL

• Azure Service Bus

• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)

• Monitoring and Observability (Application Insights, other tools)
  

Salary Range

From 3 700 gross/month. Final salary agreement depends on candidate's skill-set and experience.

Language skills

English – Upper intermediate (B2/C1) and Slovak – Upper intermediate (C1)

Experience and Knowledge

5+ years of experience in enterprise integration design, development, and operational support

Advanced proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, and data transformation techniques

At least 3 years of experience with REST and SOAP APIs and integration patterns

Hands-on experience with Azure Functions or equivalent serverless platforms

Experience in production support, incident management, and RCA
