Integration Lead

Integration Work

As an Integration Lead, you will primarily focus on architecture, design, and leadership of integration solutions, rather than hands-on development.

You will:

• Drive integration architecture and design, especially within the Azure ecosystem

• Lead analysis and solution design phases, translating requirements into clear implementation plans

• Provide technical guidance to developers

• Act as a key contributor in building and shaping a new integration team

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including delivery leads and partner teams

• Support team onboarding and capability growth, mentoring junior engineers and guiding them in implementation tasks

• Collaborate during transition phases and ensure smooth knowledge transfer from existing delivery teams

When production or delivery challenges arise, you will provide oversight, guidance, and decision-making support, ensuring solutions align with architecture and long-term strategy.

Tech Stack Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with solid practical experience in integration services, with the ability to guide others technically.

Key expectations:

• Experience with Azure-based integration services, especially:

  • Azure API Management

  • Azure Functions

  • Azure Logic Apps

  • Azure Service Bus

  • Azure Front Door

• Understanding of integration architecture and API-driven systems

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps (guidance level, not necessarily deep hands-on expertise)

• Ability to design end-to-end integration solutions and communicate them clearly to delivery teams

Nice to have:

• General development background (to better guide teams)

• Experience with DevOps practices and collaboration with DevOps teams

• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns

Salary Range

From 3 700 gross/month. Final salary agreement depends on candidate's skill-set and experience.

Language skills

English – Upper intermediate (B2/C1) and Slovak – Upper intermediate (C1)

Experience and Knowledge

5+ years of experience in enterprise integration design, development, and operational support

Advanced proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, and data transformation techniques

At least 3 years of experience with REST and SOAP APIs and integration patterns

Hands-on experience with Azure Functions or equivalent serverless platforms

Experience in production support, incident management, and RCA

I’m working on US based project with part of the team located in US time zone, while I do work in standard hours for European timezone I do have occasional meeting in afternoon that I need to attend. And most importantly! My overtimes are automatically compensated on a monthly basis.
